Role overview: The TikTok Shop Account Manager & Content Specialist will be responsible for producing engaging social media content for both TikTok and Instagram, and managing clients' TikTok Shops. This role involves affiliate outreach, working with cap agencies, paid media management, and developing comprehensive social media and content strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both content creation and TikTok Shop management.  Key Responsibilities: - Content Production:
- Create engaging and innovative social media content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop content strategies that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure high-quality output and consistency.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the performance and revenue growth of clients' TikTok Shops.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Shop Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of clients' TikTok Shops, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Manage product listings, inventory, and promotions to maximise visibility and sales.
- Performance Optimisation:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to achieve and exceed targets.
- Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance shop performance.
- Client Support:
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate and succeed in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content creation, and affiliate management teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers and other external partners to drive traffic and engagement.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on shop performance and project outcomes to the Head of Marketing and Managing Director.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
