EPR Project Manager (Pipeline)

SR2 are looking to engage a Project Manager for one of our newer clients, helping a trust procure and implement a single EPR across Acute, Mental Health and Community health services.

As the Project Manager for EPR you will work alongside a team of PMO professionals. The role requires extensive end to end project management experience and good working knowledge of project and programme Governance and assurance. You will provide governance, support, and control across the Shared EPR Programme.

You will develop good working relationships with Trust and Programme Executive leadership, the central Programme team and programme/project managers across the shared EPR landscape.

Experience and Responsibilities:

  • Experience of delivering change across complex healthcare organisations
  • Support the development of the cross trust EPR report design templates and methodology
  • Demonstrable experience of leading Technical Implementation Teams
  • Good knowledge of lean digital delivery practices
  • Responsible for ensuring documentation for projects, deliverables and report specifications are created and maintained in line with the programme progress.
  • Experience across either, Cerner, System C, Badgernet, Nervecentre
