Join Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy and technology services company, as a Senior Product Owner. This role is crucial in defining and implementing the product vision that contributes directly to business success. You will be working on innovative software solutions in a dynamic environment that supports our clients focus on decarbonization and energy transformation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to understand their needs, translating these into actionable plans for the development team.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to ensure product goals are achieved.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritise the product backlog, and maximise customer value.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Measure and analyse product performance indicators to make informed decisions about future developments.
  • Conduct demos of new features and functionality for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write and maintain product documentation.
  • Provide input into marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Analyse data and feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in the Energy Sector.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 6.0).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making.
  • Proven track record of leading products from conception to market.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Atlassian (Jira).
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are preferable.
