My client is a leading beauty and wellness brand, who manufacture their products on site. Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Quality Controller has arisen to ensure the quality of all finished products, raw materials, labelling, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
• Examining products to determine their quality, and ensuring all company products meet quality standards before they go to market
• Engage with customers and suppliers to gather product feedback and address non-conformances.
• Measure performance against internal and external standards, including but not limited to GMP, Soil Association, ISO22716, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirements

Requirements

• Experience in quality control within a production environment, preferably in the health/beauty/wellness/wholefoods industry
• Understanding of Soil Association, GMP, ISO22716, and HACCP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and report anomalies promptly.
