- AS9100 experience to support business moving towards thisÂ
- Ensuring staff are following build requirement processes and testing on parts, so a high level of product is shipped out.
- Helping to improve these processes and further build up internal documentation like route sheets and task instructions.
- Engineering background ideally with hands on time, at least an understanding of process and assembly would be good.
- Ideal but not essential: Someone with CNC experience and understanding as possible area to move into. But also to help manage supply chain and understand strengths and weaknesses. Â
- Paper work from customers which include basic questionnaires, SCAR, FAI and corrective actions. Â
- CMM Experience to help inspect high level goods moving in and out- they have a in house they want to make more regular use of so some experience would be good.
- Close working with the production and purchasing team.
- Previous experience in a similar Quality Assurance positioN
- Knowledge of CMM inspection
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience and knowledge of AS9100 would be a distinct advantage
- Paid overtime
