Role: Director - Post Production
Length: 3-6 months+
Location: Hybrid - London
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: Competitive Daily Rate
One of my media sector clients are currently looking for aDirector of Post Production. They are looking for a Director to join them on a hybrid basis with travel to site in London. This engagement will run on for an initial 3-6 month+ engagement - with a view to extend.
Essential Skills:
- Expert knowledge of post production processes, workflows, and best practices, including scheduling and final deliverable
- Proven track record of managing client-based commercial post projects
- Significant post freelancer and vendor contacts throughout Europe and the Middle East
- Experience creating commercial post-production schedules and budgets
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects) and project management tools (Airtable) required; experience as an editor a plus
- Adept at determining priorities and able to hit deadlines; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience of working in a global environment and building solid working relationships with stakeholders across different time zones and markets.
- An excellent communicator, with the proven ability of navigating a complex matrix structure, effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders in various markets and functions.
