Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems on residential projects.

Lead and manage a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

Coordinate daily operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to the team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within M&E contracting, preferably in the residential sector.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their installation in residential buildings.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
