Role Overview:

As an Associate Director, you will be a key leader in our consultancy team, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, driving business growth, and mentoring a talented team of professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic solutions that align with client objectives while enhancing the firm's reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic insight and consultancy to clients in areas such as planning, development, infrastructure, and policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrable years of experience in consultancy, planning, development, or a related field.
  • Strong client management and business development skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of planning regulations, development processes, and related legislation.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree in planning, real estate, urban design, or a related discipline) are preferred.
  • Chartered membership of the RTPI is highly desirable.
