Consilium Recruit are supporting a leading international automotive management consulting and systems integrator to find Programme Manager (ERP). This role offers excellent progression and superb professional development.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the head of Manufacturing and Engineering SU
  • capable of full lifecycle delivery of mid to complex multi-module Manufacturing Systems deployments.
  • Delivering the full lifecycle of ERP projects, in SAP, Dynamics and ORACLE
  • Delivering the full lifecycle of mid to complex multi-module Manufacturing Systems deployments.
  • Mentoring and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Drive digital transformation
  • Collaborate with architects and technical resources
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders

The Person:

Essential:

  • Minimum three years industry experience as a Senior Project Manager
  • Having lead projects, with proven ability to shape, manage and successfully drive a full delivery team
  • Experience working for a mid to large consulting organisation implementing SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle ERP products. Siemens, Dassault or PTC PLM products or market leading MES systems
  • Working Knowledge of current IT architectures including cloud-based applications
  • Experience of ERP / PLM Change management
  • Experience of ERP / PLM integration delivery
  • A minimum of three full life cycle implementations in either:
    • ERP – Enterprise Requirements Planning, preferably Microsoft, SAP or ORACLE
    • PLM – Product Lifecycle Management, preferably Siemens, Dassault or PTC
    • MES – Manufacturing Execution Systems. An industry leading MES product set.
  • Adaptability - our work is varied so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in what they do and can ‘get stuck in’
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Collaboration – we want team players who will support their co-workers to reach collective goals.

Desirable:

  • Ideally have working knowledge of PLM integrations with either PLM or MES toolsets.
  • Prior experience of super user ERP training delivery is a definite plus factor
