Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership:
  Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Roadmap & Strategy:
  Design and implement a strategic roadmap for IAM, balancing security needs with business agility, scalability, and user experience.
• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure IAM solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance frameworks. Manage audits, regulatory reviews, and ensure timely remediation of any findings.
• Project Management:
  Oversee the full lifecycle of IAM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure timely delivery within budget while meeting the project's objectives.
• Risk Management:
  Identify, assess, and manage IAM risks across the organization, ensuring proper controls are in place to mitigate potential threats.
• Change Management:
  Lead organizational change initiatives related to IAM, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
