Policy and Performance Officer

Salary: £14-18 per hour

Location: London

Contract: 2 months, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Creating new policy paperwork compliant with law, with operational and senior management support
    • Conducting studies on legislative modifications to housing sector policies
    • Speaking with interested parties and targeted stakeholders to acquire data for updates and new policies
  1. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance:
    • Assisting in the implementation and communication of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as part of the responsibilities of a Data Protection Champion
  1. Support to Senior Leadership Team:
    • Providing administrative and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team as required
  2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • In charge of creating the monthly performance scorecard and informing management on the effectiveness of their teams' work
  3. Resident Support and Hardship Fund Management:
    • Handling applications for hardship funds from locals in need of assistance

Essential:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
