An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established not for profit organisation in Central London. The organisation is now looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager, working with the wider PMO function to design and implement a new portfolio management framework.

Description
- Design and implement portfolio planning processes.
- Design and implement portfolio controls, including change control.
- Design and implement targeted and strategic portfolio-level reporting and assurance processes to enable senior leaders to have oversight of the whole portfolio.
- Contribute to the shaping of coherent, effective, and proportionate portfolio, programme and project management frameworks.
Profile
- Proven recent experience in successfully managing a complex portfolio involving multiple programmes alongside BAU priorities.
- Experience of shaping, designing, and implementing portfolio frameworks, methodologies, processes, and tools from scratch.
- Substantial experience in effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence, engage, motivate, collaborate and skill share with senior leaders.
- Public Sector experience is essential for this role.
Job Offer
- Salary between £57,000 - £60,000 (negotiable).
- Hybrid-working (1 day a week in the office) in Central London.
