Program ManagerLocation: UK, London Length: Start: Asap until 16th September 2025 Rate: £46.15 p/h (Inside IR35) Hours: 9am – 6pmOverview:EPS Data team is leading the coordination of the outreach to partners and industry bodies in the context of the upcoming DMA regulation; EPS Data holds a cross-product, one view, and has the Data policy knowledge/ regulation response understanding to deliver a comprehensive outreach effort, in partnership with GTM EMEA.Role Requirements:
  • As a Program Manager on DMA Outreach, you will be the primary PgM on enhancing the current program for DMA outreach, which will entail bringing additional organization to all outreach efforts and coordinating all external outreach efforts to partners across multiple workstreams.
  • You proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to successfully deliver business, operational, and/or technical improvements, with clear systems to measure improvements, optimizations, and performance metrics. 
  • You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. 
  • You champion program management methodologies for your particular needs and successfully monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders while adjusting program strategy to address complex changing circumstances across multiple functional areas. 
  • You advocate for your programs and ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. 
  • You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program, meaning that you will develop a baseline understanding of what the DMA is, how it impacts Our Client and partners, and why the program exists and operates as it does.
  • You will support the creation of exec-level strategy and progress briefing presentations (e.g. EMEA Leadership, Global Partnership Leadership) 
Qualifications:You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong project management experience - potentially MBA, PMP, or PgM certification
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Senior stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications:Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
  • Comfortable discussing regulatory topics
  • Comfortable discussing our client's products and regulatory implications on our client's products
  • Comfortable with external engagement with Partners
  • Experience working in, or closely with, Partnerships / Business Development. Ideally with a mix of negotiations and deal strategy experience.
  • Strategic thinking, and ability to look at the bigger picture from a partner, ecosystem, and our client's perspective
  • A solid understanding of data topics including privacy, data sharing, and competition
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities, combined with an ability to deal tactfully with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to operate effectively and collaboratively across multiple functions and levels in a large and distributed organization.
  • Product-minded with the ability to adapt to highly-nuanced technical topics
