A charity organisation are looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a 2 year, fixed term basis.
You will have experience in managing complex change programs, monitoring progress, and reporting within a large organisation. You will be part of a skilled and dynamic team within the Corporate PMO, part of the Strategy and Knowledge Directorate.Key requirements:
- Successfully managing multiple workstream programs, including oversight of budgets, contracts, staff, planning, risk, stakeholders, and benefits management to achieve defined outcomes.
- Applying benefits-led approaches to design and deliver impactful programs.
- Mapping dependencies, identifying critical success factors, and estimating resource requirements.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels. You should be able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to deliver on an ambitious strategy.
- Leading multi-workstream programs with significant technical delivery and data migration components.
- Running cultural transformation programs and bringing a strategy to life for diverse stakeholder groups.
