Are you a dynamic leader passionate about customer service? We're seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee our customer service and application teams in Southwark, London. Our organisation monitors and certifies local businesses in the window and door industry, ensuring quality and reliability.

Contract Details:

  • Type: Temporary
  • Duration: 6 weeks, with potential for a 12-month FTC
  • Start Date: Monday, 3rd March 2025
  • Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £20.00 per hour
  • Location: Just a 7-minute walk from Southwark train station!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance customer service and application teams.
  • Ensure UKAS accreditation by maintaining service integrity.
  • Manage the Insurance Backed Warranty (IBW) system.
  • Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Represent the organisation at seminars and exhibitions.
