The Construction Associate Director Project Manager Role
In this pivotal role, the Construction Associate Director Project Manager will specialize in the Commercial Sector, working on a variety of projects ranging from offices, industrial and logistics, warehousing, retail, leisure, hotels, to student accommodation. Based in the heart of vibrant Central London, this role involves close collaboration with a prestigious clientele, including investors, developers, and occupiers, to ensure the highest standards are met on top-tier commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage diverse projects within the Commercial Sector in Central London.
- Work closely with experienced directors and team members, ensuring collaborative success.
- Engage with high-profile clients, managing their expectations and project requirements effectively.
- Offer expertise and support to junior team members, fostering team growth and development.
- Play a crucial role in expanding the client base, nurturing both new and existing relationships.
The Construction Associate Director Project Manager
- FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications (ideally).
- A degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in managing Commercial Projects.
- The ability to work effectively as both a team player and independently.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- A full UK driving license.
- A strong background in consultancy, demonstrating skill and professionalism.
