Our client is a well established DMC who handle MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Events and Conferences) coming from South America, USA and Spain to the UK and Ireland.

This will be a varied and busy job that will allow you to be developed into a career in the events industry as you will be also trained as a Project Manager for your next career step with this small boutique company. You will support 3 Project Managers, doing research into events, preparing creative presentations, handling administration such as confirmation and contracts with suppliers, researching destination and hotels throughout the UK and Ireland, attending some events, helping the team book travel plans for their overseas sales visits and other interesting duties.

Ideally you are looking to get into the event sector and have proven administrations skills and be Word, Excel and Powerpoint proficient. A background in events, tourism or hotels within an administration sector would be preferred.
