Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients nationwide. It is currently looking to hire a proven Project Manager for a high-profile government contract in Central London.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple minor projects from inception to delivery. These projects are generally lower in value but high in volume, they can range from £1- £500k and range from small M&E upgrades / replacements to small and full fabric refurbishments.
The successful Project Manager might be running 20 projects at any given time, this will involve quoting for works, managing a team of fabric, engineering techs and contractors as and when and required.
You will ideally have an engineering background, a good understanding of hard services and organisational skills.

£60,000 - £65,000
