To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.

* To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.

* Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.

* Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.

* Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.

* Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.

* A key member of the Building Safety Team.
