A specialized boutique project management consultancy is looking to make a key hire to join its expanding team, supporting the delivery of multimillion-pound projects across the sports, leisure, residential, and commercial sectors.
As a firm they have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in sports and leisure (main focus), residential and commercial. Typically, they deliver projects in the region of £25M - £80M
All employees have the opportunity to work flexibly/from home - the directors are more interested in productivity as opposed to hours served.
The firm has an established history of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with a primary focus on sports and leisure, as well as residential and commercial sectors. Their projects generally range between £25m and £80m in value and currently workload vauing between £30M - £60M
While this role is primarily remote, they are seeking a candidate within a commutable distance to South London, where their current projects are based.
Ideally, candidates will have experience in delivering projects (no sector preference), leading projects from stages 2 through 7. However, the primary requirement is strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and reliably deliver projects on time and within budget. A degree in construction or a related field is preferred, and so is a background in project management, building surveying, or engineering.
