The Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead on managing up to two projects concurrently, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll drive project success through proactive planning, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong, professional relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Pre-Construction Planning: Collaborate in pre-construction phases, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk assessment.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with design, estimating, and site teams to maintain smooth project flow and mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in project management within commercial fit-outs, ideally managing projects valued between 500k and 1.5 million.
  • Pre-Construction Expertise: A proven track record in pre-construction planning and budgeting.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for client-facing interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Competitive Salary: 70,000 - 80,000, based on experience.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: A vibrant, creative office in Shoreditch, with a supportive team that values innovation.
  • Career Development: Opportunities to expand your expertise, work on diverse projects, and grow within the company.
