About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of a large-scale residential development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.

  • Manage and mentor site teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

  • Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders as required.

  • Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to project specifications.

  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the residential construction sector, preferably on large-scale developments.

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Relevant qualifications in construction managementor project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, CIOB membership is desirable).

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with BREEAM, sustainability initiatives, or modern construction methods.

  • Knowledge of local planning and building regulations.

  • Previous experience working on multi-phase residential developments.
