Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a tier one main contractor on a new build project in West London which is an NEC form of contract.

About the role of Senior Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be managing a team on a new build commercial project in West London.Taking the 60million project from groundworks through to completion.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

• Reporting upstream to the Operations Director.
• Working closely with the Heathrow client and ensuring happy with the progress of the project.
• Manage the full construction process, manage programme, manage Site team to a NEC form of contract.
• Manage the design and commercial team and ensure project is on track to the clients specifications.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager

• The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on NEC form of contract.
• Experience working with Heathrow as a client.
• The ideal Senior Project Manager will drive the project, be a strong leader, excellent communication and great with the client.

This is a great opportunity to lead on a new project which will be the first of many for this main contractor and considered a very important scheme to the business.
