Project Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end residential project valued at 10M in South West London. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing luxury residential builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, in line with luxury residential expectations.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and procurement to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with planning permissions, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Regularly report progress to stakeholders and clients, addressing any issues proactively.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects of a similar value (5M-10M+).
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke construction methods, and high-quality materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent preferred).
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
