Modern Workplace Project Manager | £60,000 - £70,000
12-month FTC | London | Hybrid (1-2 days on-site)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Modern Workplace transformation programme within a prestigious global professional services firm!

Overview:
Join us in spearheading an enterprise-wide IT simplification initiative, focusing on cutting-edge Microsoft technologies and mobile solutions. You'll be central to our digital transformation journey, working with senior stakeholders across IT, legal and professional services teams.

Key Duties:
- Lead end-to-end OneDrive deployment across global infrastructure
- Manage implementation of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Coordinate Windows 11 upgrades and rollouts
- Drive mobile device management strategy
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and change management

Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical workstreams and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on project KPIs and milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience in OneDrive enterprise deployments
- Microsoft Intune implementation expertise
- Windows 11 rollout knowledge
- Microsoft 365 transformation skills
- Enterprise-scale project delivery capability
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
