Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on major commercial office fit out projects valued around 5 - 40 million, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B fit out.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- No.1 on site reporting to a visiting PD
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Involved in tendering and winning work
- Delivering projects on time
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects valued up from 5 - 40 million
- CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
- Experience working from tendering to pre-construction through to delivery
