As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the residential project, from program monitoring and cost control to ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. This role requires a dedicated leader who can manage programs using Asta or Microsoft Projects, navigate JCT contracts, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the residential development project on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress using Asta or Microsoft Projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors to maintain project momentum.
  • Effectively manage and understand JCT contracts, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Report on project milestones and financials to senior management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success as a Project Manager in similar residential developments.
  • Experience with JCT contracts and program management tools (Asta or Microsoft Projects).
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Preferably hold a Temporary Works Coordinator ticket.
  • A permanent background with a history of longevity and loyalty in career roles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
