Our client, an award-winning global Talent Management business, is seeking a Senior Artist Manager to oversee the success of frontline Artists. The agency has success with number-one hitting Artists and partnerships with major record labels. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and a seasoned Artist Manager.


Key responsibilities will include:


• Handling the day-to-day management of Artists.
• Signing and developing world-class Artists, Songwriters, and Producers.
• Serving as the principle contact for publishers, agents, labels, promoters., merchandise and brand partners.
• Working in unison with the Leadership and President of the company, contributing to the vision, culture, and choices of represented acts.
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, and touring plans.
• Providing oversight for digital plans, song registrations, and rights management.
• Supervising brand deals, merchandise, and other business opportunities.

Requirements:


• Substantial and meaningful Artist Management experience with an in-depth understanding of Artists’ approach to work is essential.
• Understanding of the comprehensive aspects of the music business from rights to touring.
• Adept at creating commercial opportunities for artists.
• Up to date understanding of the current trends in the entertainment industry.
• Able to work well with Artists, using expert communication and listening skills to foster fruitful collaboration.
• Excellent copywriting skills and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong communicator in meeting settings.
• Proven ability to oversee digital roll outs.
• Experience providing effective oversight of campaigns and ensure the digital aspect of rollouts are covered appropriately.
• Familiarity with a fast-paced and deadline driven work environment, working across time zones when required and free to travel at short notice.
• Organisational skills capable of handling competing priorities.
• Able to manage a high volume of communications.
• Strong attention to detail.
