Client Details

We are a leading professional law firm seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our Facilities and Sustainability operations across our multiple office locations. With a focus on driving ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, you will be integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of facilities management while leading the charge on sustainability, health, safety, and welfare.

Description

  • Lead and chair the firm's Environment Committee, ensuring alignment with ESG objectives.
  • Drive the implementation and management of the firm's ESG Framework, ensuring sustainability goals are achieved across all offices.
  • Lead a team of environmental and sustainability professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in standardising and centralising processes across all office locations to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Supervise and manage a multi-located Facilities team, ensuring performance, development, and delivery of high standards of facilities management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations, acting as the key advisor for the firm on these matters.
  • Lead on sustainability initiatives, including reducing carbon footprint, waste management, and promoting energy efficiency.

Profile

  • Extensive experience in a similar facilities management or sustainability role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of health, safety, welfare, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering environmental and sustainability initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a multi-located facilities team.
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH certification (preferred).
  • Membership of the IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management) or equivalent is desirable.
