Senior Manager

Part-time 28 Hours a week

Pro rata of £38,991 - Equivalent to £31,192 Including ILW

Person Specification

  • Experience in recruiting, inducting, supervising, appraising, coaching, delegating to, and generally managing staff
  • Confident in the development of policy and procedures in an organisational context
  • Ability to generate and use methods for collecting data for diverse purposes (e.g. needs analysis, monitoring, research, fundraising)
  • Ability to set up and use management information systems to control the quality and quantity of service delivery
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise your own and others' work
  • Ability to use standard word processing, spreadsheet and web-related software

Roles Responsibilities

  • Experience in recruitment induction, management and performance of project managers in specific services
  • Proven experience managing budgets and operational procedures across multiple projects.
  • Being able to work strategically, being able to contribute to the longer-term direction, which will include, drafting plans & proposals, input on tenders and fundraising.
  • Collaborating effectively with building relationships with existing partnerships and stakeholders.
  • Attend, chair and/or convene supervisions, organisational meetings, cross-team working groups and external meetings as required

Benefits

Pension : 5% of salary. You are required to contribute an additional 3% into the scheme.

Annual Leave - is initially a pro-rata amount of both the full-time leave allowance of 27 days and bank holidays remaining in the financial year

The starting salary is at NJC Scale Point 26, £31,192 including ILW, for 28 hours a week (pro rata of £38,991)

 Overtime is not paid, but time off in lieu may be granted

Location will be split between Office and Home
