Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who have a major project in central London.

About the role of Senior Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be managing the operational team on a 150million+ scheme and reporting inot a Project Director.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

• Reporting upstream to the Project Director
• Managing a large team of up to 40 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers and assistants.
• Organise the works, keep the client on side, record keeping, push the project along.
• Guide project teams with the correct information and ensure appropriate procedures are being adhered to.
• Represent the main contractor in the best light and communicate with the client.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager

• The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on new build commercial and cut & carve schemes.
• Experience working on D&B form of contract.
• The ideal Senior Project Manager will drive the project, be a strong leader and be able toget involved in the design and commercial aspects of the Project.
