C£80-100k DOE + highly attractive Bonus + Package

• As a key part of their continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit a Food Ingredients Trader

In the role you should expect to:

• Be at the forefront of the company’s 5-year growth strategy by introducing a new product category that they have identified for the food & beverage industry through leveraging their own supplier & customer relationships
• Report to the Director of Sales, you’ll run your business unit like it’s your own with full P&L accountability for current and new business targets - with an emphasis very much on the latter
• The Trader’s passion for what they do coupled with their strategic vision, will be a driving force behind the company’s propulsion into the next chapter of its 50-year history by becoming the leading independent supplier of food & beverage ingredients in their chosen markets

The business is looking for a food ingredients Trader that has:

• Real expertise in their chosen food ingredients markets. You’ll be entrepreneurial and keen to realise the value of your expertise and network in both customers and suppliers
• A strong reputation for honesty & integrity built up over a c5-10 year period of sustained success in your particular food ingredients market
• A natural passion & motivation for building new and maintaining close relationships with key customers & suppliers in the food ingredients industry
• Excellent demonstratable new business generation, account management, negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
