Our well-Established Independent Estate agency and property management firm are looking for an assistant Property Manager to join their busy department.The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
- Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and landlords
- Implement new procedures.
- Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties and dealing with contractors
- Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
- Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
- Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
- Handling all maintenance enquiries
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring compliance
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Must have 1 years’ experience as a Property Manager maintenance coordinator
- The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages
- Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but essential.
- Be able to manage their own workload
- Full valid driving licence is essential
The hours will be:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holidaySalary range will be:between £27.500pa to £30.000pa depending on experience.
