Assistant Property Manager

My client, a private family office, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee their residential portfolio for their family trust investment company. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in property and looking to advance into Property Management or Asset Management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
- Ensure timely payments from tenants and collections.
- Schedule and monitor expenditures.
- Manage invoice processing and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Tenant/Resident Relations:
- Welcome new tenants, manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints and enforce occupancy policies.
- Maintain timely and effective communications with residents and tenants.
- Maintenance and Operations:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and implementing preventative measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, monitoring timelines and progress.
- Ensure compliance with security and health regulations.
- Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide ad hoc services for family members as needed.
