The Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll support the team across a range of administrative and operational duties, helping ensure the smooth running of the property management function.
- Assist with client queries and general correspondence.
- Organise contractor visits and maintenance works.
- Maintain records and update property management systems.
- Prepare documents for residents' meetings and inspections.
- Help with invoicing and budget administration.
- Support compliance monitoring across the portfolio.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within property or a similar industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the property management sector.
