Lettings Administrator/Assistant Property Manager - Wembley

Basic Salary - £30,000

5-day week - Monday - Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator/Assistant Property Manager to join our client’s office situated in a bustling high street in Wembley. We are looking for candidates that have experience within a similar role and good knowledge in the local area.

You will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who will play an active part in building and maintaining relationships. If you thrive in the property industry and you give 100%, please send your CV for consideration.

Duties will include, but not be limited to: -

  • Prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Complete referencing process
  • File progression
  • Effectively manage the office diary system
  • Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks EPC.
  • Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
  • Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
  • Update website of property details
  • Major refurbishments,
  • Insurance claims,
  • Property visits,
  • Inspections etc.
