Expectations within the role:
- Stay in contact with new and existing clients
- Assess the potential client's situation and requirements, aiming to convert as many leads as possible into valuations
- Schedule valuations from converted leads while keeping all branch managers informed
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and leads, helping to strengthen the reputation of our team.
- Reach out to individual property developers and landlords through database searches and referrals, exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
Some of the benefits on offer:
- Circa £30,000 Basic Salary
- £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
