Salary: OTE £55k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced SeniorSales & Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Colliers Wood.
We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but experience in a single discipline and a desire to learn will also be considered.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales and / or Lettings. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

The Company: Our client is long established Independent Sales and Lettings agency that offer a wide range of property services with several offices across South West London.
Skills required for this Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experience in Residential Sales and Lettings
- Superb selling and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of the lettings and sales processes
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Colliers Wood area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
