Our client, a leading Real Estate Investor are seeking a Property Management Lead to join their thriving team based in London

Responsibilities will include overseeing strategic operations across a commercial property portfolio, with a focus on fostering relationships with management agents to ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations. You will serve as the senior point of contact for tenants/occupiers, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring they receive a world-class level of service. Working closely with the Asset Management and Technical teams, you'll plan, set budgets for, and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital projects across the portfolio. You will also play a key role in driving ESG initiatives, implementing sustainability strategies, and continuous operational improvements to maximise the value and performance of property assets.

Candidates are likely to have a background in property management, working either for similar real estate investors or managing agents. Critically, you should have experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties, with a solid understanding of buildings, services, processes and compliance/legislation, along with demonstrable leadership/people management skills and a flair for customer service.
