A successful independent Estate Agency based in the picturesque Hampstead Garden Suburb are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator. Their established and friendly team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients, and they are looking for someone who shares these values to join their team.Your responsibilities as Sales Negotiator will include the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice to both sellers and buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate property features to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
As the Sales Negotiator, you will be rewarded the following:
- From £25,000 base salary depending on experience
- Generous commission structure
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency, a sales negotiator role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
