Landlord Acquisition Consultant - Waterloo, SE1A great opportunity has arisen for a Landlord Acquisition Consultant to join our client based in Westminster, SE1 an accredited housing supplier to numerous local authorities across London and the Home Counties. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management
  • Identify and approach private sector landlords and promote the businesses bespoke Guaranteed Rental services,
  • Working alongside the Lettings Administration department and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
  • Acquire a sufficient supply of private sector accommodation, providing accommodation of a suitable type, size and location to meet the requirements of clients in housing need.
  • To develop effective marketing and procurement strategies to maximise the number of suitably affordable private rented accommodation available to the business.
  • Provide advice, support and encouragement to landlords with homes to let and increase the number of landlords and letting agencies that work with the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing landlords and letting agents.
  • Contribute to research and service development of the Housing Solutions team, PRS and Local Lettings Agencies.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

  • Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience
  • Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
