Due to the growth within the Retail division, an opportunity for a Property Account Handler to join their team has arisen.Your new roleYour new job working as a Property Account Handler means you will be looking after a portfolio of Real Estate clients reporting into the Real Estate Team Manager and work alongside other Account handlers, Account Executives and client Directors. You will be providing account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts.

Duties will include looking after a portfolio of Real Estate clients, creating documents for new customers, along with any mid-term adjustments and renewal information. You will also obtain renewal terms for customers, prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes, ensuring cover is bound by renewal date. Liaise with clients and insurers daily and deal with account queries and any credit control.

Further duties will also include confirming cover with relevant insurers, processing policies and chasing up outstanding documentation.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as an Account Handler handling Property Owners / Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Or if you have Commercial experience with Property Owners they may consider your application.

You will be fully proficient in Acturis and ideally you will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have obtained or be working towards your Cert CII. You will be able to work to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieve SLA's whilst showing evidence of rapport-building and experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
