Property Maintenance Account Manager | Fulham | Hours are nominally 8am - 5pm | £30,000 - £35,000

We are a long-established expanding property maintenance company that work with prime letting agents as well as private customers, we pride ourselves in delivering excellent customer service and were awarded ‘Best Property Maintenance Company’ in Greater London in 2018 and ‘Best Property Maintenance Company & Award for Excellence in Emergency Repairs’ in  2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Hours of work are nominally 8am - 5pm to be arranged in conjunction with the other Account Managers but for operational reasons may occasionally need to be flexible.

As with any small business, the applicant may also be required to undertake other duties in line with operational demands from time to time, as well as help other Account Managers during peak periods.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Experience within a similar role/company - Previous property or property maintenance management roles
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work fast and without supervision in a busy but supported environment
  • Excellent PC, typing and very friendly communications skills
  • A flexible, friendly, professional and very helpful attitude
  • Can work well under pressure when we enter our busy times in the year

What will your role as a Property Maintenance Account Manager look like?

  • Managing a given set of prime customer accounts
  • Processing client works orders
  • Coordinating the works/diaries of the (field-based) work force
  • Ensuring that the utilisation of field operatives is optimised
  • Ensuring that all jobs are reported, invoiced and collected with the minimal delay
  • Dealing with problems and queries
  • Growing the accounts by building rapport and strengthening relationships
