We are seeking a dynamic Property Management Manager to lead our vibrant team in Ealing. This role offers the opportunity to drive a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a rewarding and challenging work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Manage a team of property managers overseeing a portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton.
- Lead daily meetings to ensure team alignment and focus on objectives.
- Coach team members to achieve customer satisfaction indices.
- Monitor and assess performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse environment.
- Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance or repair issues.
- Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes.
- Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage complaints and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management within residential lettings.
- Proven ability to foster a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and career advancement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
