We are seeking a dynamic Property Management Manager to lead our vibrant team in Ealing. This role offers the opportunity to drive a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a rewarding and challenging work environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of property managers overseeing a portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton.
  • Lead daily meetings to ensure team alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach team members to achieve customer satisfaction indices.
  • Monitor and assess performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse environment.
  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance or repair issues.
  • Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes.
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Manage complaints and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management within residential lettings.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and career advancement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
