On behalf of our clients we are seeking a property manager/administrator for their office in Northwest London.The ideal candidate will:Have Previous experience in the short-term rental sector. - Proficient in communication with guests via booking platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.- Strong ability to correspond effectively with landlords and tenants.- Responsible for timely collection of rent payments from tenants.- Remind tenants about lease renewals and rent extensions as needed.- Handle and resolve tenant complaints in a professional manner.- Manage office paperwork, including client documentation and correspondence with councils and energy suppliers.- Organize and oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring that cleaning services are carried out efficiently.Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
