Property Manager – Central London - £45,000
A highly successful and established property consultancy are seeking a Property Manager to join their team to assist with management of a diverse real estate portfolio predominantly occupied and operated by group companies. This role would suit a motivated individual wanting to work in a diverse client side role with opportunities to learn and develop.
As the Property Manager you will report to the Head of Property and work alongside an Asset Manager and the wider team including the Facilities Management department. Working with external consultants you will undertake all aspects of property management across the estate both reactive and planned. The estate includes trade counter, industrial, office, retail and a small amount of residential. You will assist with lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and other lease events and implement strategies to ensure the real estate portfolio is best serving the group businesses.
The ideal candidate for this Property Manager role will have previous experience across commercial property management; knowledge and experience in the commercial property sector in London and the South either at a consultancy or client side is essential. You will also have a good understanding of service charges, leases and technical knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and regulations relating to the management of commercial property.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working is offered – 4 days per week in their Central London (Mayfair) office and 1 day per week at home.
