I am currently representing a prominent high net worth individual who owns a portfolio of luxury residential properties across London, Los Angeles, and Ibiza. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence, we seek a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of these prestigious estates.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to work directly for a high net worth individual and manage their small residential portfolio across London, Los Angeles, and Ibiza. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of these properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and upholding the owner's vision for each estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties owned by a high net worth individual.

  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and regular inspections.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work.

  • Handle tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.

  • Maintain accurate records of property expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.

  • Conduct regular property evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures.

  • Stay updated on local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, particularly with luxury residential properties.

  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance, leasing regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with HNWI's is essential

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel between London, Los Angeles, and Ibiza as needed (minimal need)
