Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business, operational and leasing strategies for Build-to-Rent and PRS sectors.
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, oversee audits, and update teams on legislative changes.
- Lead marketing and lettings strategies for new assets and instructions.
- Drive process improvements through innovation, technology, and training.
- Prepare and oversee leasing-related reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support recruitment and management of leasing staff.
- Assist with new business pitches and proposals.
- Represent Savills at key industry lettings events.
