Experienced Sales and Lettings coordinator is needed for an Estate Agency in North West London. Must have worked within an Estate Agency preferably within Sales and Lettings on the administration side. You will be dealing with AML docs, ID's from both sellers and buyers, dealing with solicitors verifying documents, land registry checks, floor plans, photos, prepare property details, update property portals, deal with property lists, window cards, mail outs, and be highly organised and efficient with excellent spelling and grammar.

The successful Sales and Lettings Coordinator must be someone who is interested in the property industry and wants to learn and progress. The Sales and Lettings Coordinator is someone who can use their initiative in a confident and professional way. The Sales and Lettings Coordinator will be liaising with people at all levels, making their own decisions independently and as part of a team. A flexible attitude with administrative skills and MS Office and database experience.
